Mr. Sohail R. Bhojani

Mr. Sohail Bhojani is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He is member of CPA Australia and is also accredited by the Institute of Public Accountants Australia (IPA). He is an alumnus of the London Metropolitan University, UK, where he studied Accounting & Finance, and Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires (INSEAD), Fontainebleau, France, where he attended executive development programmes. He is a Certified Director from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG).
Mr. Bhojani has over 25 years of global and Pakistan-based post-qualification experience, mostly in commercial and finance leadership roles with responsibility for delivering strategy, top-line growth and profit, nurturing organisational capability and implementing business performance management and corporate governance frameworks. He has previously served as IIL’s Chief Financial Officer for 3 years, coming to the IIL family skilled at business management, financial planning & analysis, audit, financial control and IT project management. He has substantial experience spanning diverse sectors including industrial manufacturing, retail & private banking, FMCG marketing, life sciences, management consultancy and audit & assurance acquired at blue chip corporates including Akzo Nobel, Barclays Bank, United Bank, ICI, BDO Global and PKF Littlejohn UK.
In his last role, Sohail has been instrumental in getting IIL Australia Pty Limited, IIL’s greenfield venture headquartered in Melbourne, off the ground. As a Director and the Chief Executive of our subsidiary for 6 years, his stewardship has been pivotal in building the IIL brand as a leading supplier in the Australian market, the Company winning the prestigious Casey Award for Best Business and turning the Oceania region into IIL’s top export destination.
Mr. Muhammad Akhtar
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Akhtar holds the qualifications of FCA (England and Wales) and FCCA (UK). He also holds a Diploma in Commercial Management from England. Mr. Akhtar has over 33 years of work experience having worked at Pakistan Petroleum Ltd., A.F. Ferguson & Co., FBR, Cloisall Company LLC Dubai, and Mannan Shahid Forgings Ltd. His last assignment was with Mannan Shahid Forgings Ltd, where he was serving as a Director & Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Khawar Bari
Director Marketing & Sales
Mr. Khawar is an MBA (Marketing) from University of Punjab and has obtained diplomas in Leadership, Finance for Business Management and Strategic Marketing from foreign institutions. He has around 25 years of post-qualification experience, of which 11 years have been in foreign countries like Bangladesh and Dubai in senior management position with responsibility for strategy planning, business development, P&L accountability, customer relationship management, portfolio management, and key accounts management.
He joins us from SIG Combibloc Obeikan located at Dubai where he was the Head of Cluster Arabian Peninsula from 2008. He comes to the IIL family skilled at strategic management, portfolio management, key accounts management and customer relationship management having worked in organizations like Maaher Food Industries Limited, United States Surgical Corp.-Pakistan, Tetra Pak Southeast Asia Private Limited-Bangladesh and SIG Combibloc obeikan.
Mr. Khalid Junejo
Director Human Resources
Employed with International Industries Ltd. since 2011 as Director Human Resources handling all areas of Human Resources including IR, Administration and Security.
Mr. Junejo is a certified director with extensive exposure of leading HR functions at various Oil & Gas companies prior joining IIL.
Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Mooraj
Business Unit Head - Construction Division
Mr. Mooraj holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Technical University of Aachen, Germany and an MBA degree from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh U.K. He has over 25 years of extensive work experience in Canadian, German, Middle East and Pakistan based companies such as Armstrong Fluid Technology, Samson Aktiengesellschaft and Nazer Group. His last assignment was with Armstrong Fluid Technology as Director, Global Sales Enablement in Canada.
In his role at IIL, Mr. Mooraj will be responsible to assist management in developing, communicating, and executing sustainable strategic initiatives.
Mr. Syed Ghazanfar Ali Shah
Head of Supply Chain
Employed with International Industries Ltd. since 2001. Mr. Ghazanfar hold Masters degree in Engineering with Post Graduate Diplomas in Quality Assurance Systems and Supply Chain Management.
Ghazanfar also started his career with IIL as a trainee engineer and has grown into the stature of Head of Supply Chain. During his association with IIL he has moved through Production, Quality Assurance and Supply Chain.
Mr. Muhammad Imran Siddiqui
General Manager Polymer Operations, Engineering & Projects
A Mechanical Engineer by qualification with 2 decades of well-rounded experience in IIL, encompassing Quality Management Systems, Production, Supply Chain, Projects and Maintenance (Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical). This varied experience is his strength. Currently handling the responsibilities of Polymer Operations, Engineering and Projects.

Mr. Irfan Bhatti is a law graduate along with a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), majors in Finance & Marketing. He is associated with the IIL family since last 29 years and currently serving as the Company Secretary of International Industries Ltd., International Steels Limited and Amir Sultan Chinoy Foundation (A Section 42 Company).
He has previously served as the Assistant Company Secretary for both IIL & ISL, Company Secretary of the Pakistan Business Council, IIL Stainless Steel (Pvt) Ltd. and Secretary to the meetings of IIL Australia Pty Ltd.
He is a “Certified Director” by the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance and enrolled as an advocate with the Sindh High Court.

Mr. Perwaiz Ibrahim
Technical Advisor
Employed with International Industries Ltd. since 2001 as head of Quality Assurance. Having worked with the company between 1995 and 1997. Has an MSc. Engineering in Metallurgy from Sheffield University, UK and Quality Assurance Certificate from Canada. Was previously employed in various positions including head of Quality Assurance with Pakistan Steel Mills for over 20 years. He is head of CR Products in IIL, He is member of Institute of Engineers and Pakistan Engineering Council.
Ms. Asema Tapal
Group Chief Internal Auditor
Employed with International Industries Ltd. since 2017. Currently serving as Group CIA for IIL & ISL Ms. Tapal is a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of post-qualification work experience in audit and compliance, having worked for A.F. Fergusons and Co. Pakistan, Ford Rhodes Robson Morrow, Noble Computers, M. Yousuf Adil Saleem and Co., BDO Ebrahim and Co, and the Habib University.
