Mr. Mustafa Abdullah Nakhuda was elected as the Chairman of IIL Australia Pty Limited w.e.f February 6th, 2021. Mustafa Nakhuda is an accomplished executive with over 25 years’ experience across a range of industries. Mustafa’s consultative style enables him to work with stakeholders to influence and deliver complex strategies, streamline operations, develop new business, build stakeholder relationships, grow organisation capability, and manage marketing, brand positioning and reputation.

Mustafa has held senior consulting and leadership roles in Manufacturing, Mining & Resources, FMCG, Financial Services, Defence and Telecommunications industries in United States, Canada, Europe and Australia.

His areas of expertise include: Strategy Planning & execution, Practice Portfolio & Program Management, Business & Digital Transformations, ERP & CRM implementations, Asset Lifecycle Management, Regulatory & Compliance Intelligence, Risk Management, Contract & Vendor Management, Governance, and Business Advisory.

Mustafa currently resides in Melbourne, Australia where he works as an independent consultant providing advisory and project delivery services for business and digital transformation initiatives  with a focus on customer experience and organisational change.
